Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your reservation. 예약이 완료된 시점부터 환불은 제공되지 않습니다. 단, 예약된 세션의 시작 시간을 기준으로 24시간 전까지는 My Bookings 페이지에서 변경이 가능합니다. Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.
